Wenatchee Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Attorney

About Lytle Law

Russell Lytle, head of Lytle Law in a dark blue suit and a white tie, sitting on a stool against a plain light-colored wall, smiling at the camera.

Most people don't call a lawyer because things are going well. They call because something went wrong and they need straight answers about what happens next.

That's what I do. I'm Russell Lytle. I grew up in the Wenatchee Valley, and I've spent most of my life not just living in this community, but serving it. I graduated from Wenatchee High School and Washington State University (Go Cougs), and before law, I was a teacher and a swim coach. After getting my law degree from Gonzaga University, I came home to get back to working for the people of Wenatchee. I started in criminal defense, where I worked on several hundred cases a year, before I transitioned to a personal injury firm, where I honed my craft in plaintiffs' work, until I decided to open up Lytle Law.

Past results don't guarantee what happens in your case, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is that I've built a track record of not guilty verdicts, successful case outcomes, and significant recoveries for injured clients.

Free, confidential consultation

Whatever brought you to this page, let me say this part first. I'm not going to judge you. That's the last thing I'm going to do. I believe in second chances, and I believe a person is more than one line in a record. Our system is too punitive. We're too quick to cast people aside. I've represented people I grew up with, and I never thought less of a single one of them.

Whether you did something wrong or you didn't, my job doesn't change. I figure out what actually happened, and get you the best result your case allows.

Lytle Law exists because too many attorneys don't communicate with their clients, don't fight hard enough, and treat every case like it's the same. I handle both criminal defense and personal injury because they're built on the same belief: in second chances, and in standing with the underdog.

A person facing charges deserves someone who won't write them off before the facts are in. A person hurt by someone else's negligence deserves someone who won't let an insurance company decide their worth for them. At Lytle Law, you'll be heard.

Why I Do This Work

The consultation is free, confidential, and nothing is attached to it. I take the time to learn about you and your case, because every case is personal, and the details matter.

Then I'll walk you through what's coming. A lot of attorneys just pull you along behind them. I'd rather you understand the process, ask me questions, and push back on me when something doesn't sit right.

You'll know what it costs before we start, too. Criminal defense is a flat fee quoted upfront, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Personal injury is contingency, so you pay nothing unless I recover for you.

The sooner we talk, the more options you're likely to have. Call (509) 850-3695 or schedule a free consultation.
